HOSTEL                 

Gent's Hostel :
Two number of Gent's hostel, which are about fifty years old, do exist in the closed vicinity of the Institution Building ; out of which one(Hostel-1) has been declared unsafe by the P.W.D Authorities as per Letter memo No. 1004 dtd. 08.11.2007.The toilet part of the Hostel-2 is being renovated by the P.W.D with an estimated amount of Rs 15/-lakhs and the renovation work is expected to be completed shortly. However the D.T.ET, Orissa, Cuttack has given an administrative approval of Rs 1,91,08,000/- for construction of 108 seated new Gent's Hostel of area 19667 sft i.e.

Lady's Hostel :
The Self-financing Ladies' Hostel named as "ALAKANANDA LADIES' HOSTEL" is being run in two residential flats after necessary renovation with a capacity of 120 students. It is situated in the staff-colony with a separate boundary wall .
